Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes within India. International delivery is not available at present.
Processing Time
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after order confirmation.
Once processed, a confirmation email with full order and shipment details will be sent to you.
Delivery Timeline
Our standard delivery timeframe is 3–8 business days, ensuring that your chosen fashion items reach you efficiently and without unnecessary delays.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, it will be returned to our warehouse. Customers may request a re-dispatch of their order.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence.
For packages lost during transit, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund once verified with our logistics partner.
